Trying to Catch Up

I got a disconnection notice today on my power. I also got a phone call from the bank saying that they were going to repossess my car if I did not make a payment within the next week. I have no idea what I am going to do about this. I know that I need to get some extra money but I do not know from where. A friend of mine suggested that I check into getting a Personal Loan.
