Malibu has a population of around 15,000, all living in absolutely beautiful Malibu homes occupying the highly sought after Malibu Real Estate. Malibu has many beautiful beaches, some with public access ways for access to many of the private beaches, and there are several popular public beaches. The hills that go along the entire length of the city are rolling and green with wonderful quiet creeks and brooks running down to the ocean, many with camping and hiking trails, and horse trails for year round recreational options besides just surfing and ocean fun. There are huge mansions dotted all over the hills, mostly occupied by celebrities and the same goes along the beach and in the beach colonies that are wonderful and private.
