Florida Real Estate License Requirements

To get your Florida real estate license, one must accomplish the requirements in order to have the license. A person should be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, must have undergone and completed the course for Sales Associate Pre-Licensed course for 63 hours, pass the exam given by the state, and have submitted the duly signed application form to the Division of Real Estate with the set fees included. After all these requirements have been accomplished, you will be able to get your real estate license in Florida, just follow these very easy steps.
