The Best Kitchen Knife Sets Come From Japan

There are three reasons why I am totally convinced that the best kitchen knife sets are made in Japan. The first reason is that all Japanese made knives are very sharp. Not only are they sharp, but they also hold their blades for a very long time. Secondly, I love how the handles are made and how easy the knives are to grip. American and German made knives do not put as much time and effort into the handles. Lastly, I love the way Japanese knife sets are designed to include a knife for every usage. This ensures that you are not constantly using one knife and wearing it out.
