Paying Off the Credit Cards

I have been trying to pay off the credit cards for a while now. I know that once I figure out what is wrong with my spending, I will be able to know what I can do to pay them off. I just want to make sure that when I pay them off, I can stay out of debt. That is why I have decided that I am going to go on a strict debt management plan. I know that if I go on this plan, it will be something that I am able to do for a long time without worrying about money.
