Staying Nutritionally Fit Means Eating Delicious Fish
April 10th, 2009
Everybody from Seattle to Miami tries at least one diet plan a year, if not more, and most of the time and in most cases, these are nothing more than poorly-thought-out fads that lack much in the way of scientific corroboration. Yet, if we observe the dietary habits of people living in regions with very strong health statistics and long life expectancy rates (like Japan, or the Mediterranean also), we can see a clear trend toward high fish consumption, with plenty of fruits and veggies, light on the carbs and the red meats. Hence, it is thanks to fish nutrients, as abundant and healthy for our bodies as they are, that people in these cultures generally lead stronger, healthier lives.
