I Switched to a Company With Managed Dedicated Servers Because the Market Dictated It

The reasons for using managed dedicated servers has a lot to do with my website going down. I was having a hard time getting in contact with the host company after an outage caused me to lose tons of business. This was shared hosting, which saved money, but was not fruitful in terms of satisfying my customers. This embarrassing situation resulted in many customers emailing me to let me know they were tired of the inconsistencies. One thing customers want is consistency and I need it, too.
