A successful entrepreneurship program organizes the aspects of training with a hands on approach that educates as it trains for the future. Many success stories have been written in regards to apprentice entrepreneurs and their “out of the box” leadership abilities and foresight. They have proven to be successful in many different walks of life.
An entrepreneur finds ways to gain control of their work environment and create their own jobs through thoughtful planning and imaginative study of what works, and what may not. They learn how to win even as they fail, but always improve their abilities as they progress. A good program of training and mentoring goes a long way to fulfilling the goal of entrepreneurship and gives them the edge to win over the competition.
