Christmas is the happiest time of the year. but not when it is spent standing in line at department stores. Hours of wrapping presents and waiting to send them at the post office are not a picnic, either. After years of exhausting myself at the holidays I decided to get smart. Now I go online and order Christmas hampers for my friends and family. It is fun, easy, and I can finish my entire list in less than an hour. Each year I vary the packages, so they don’t get boring. Everyone loves them and I look forward to Christmas again.

It is going to be so cool being on the Medifast system with my girlfriend because we can be partners in crime and be there for each other. We will be able to bounce things off of each other like temptations, how to be patient and persistent, how to deal with family while we go through the program and we can support each other. We will be able to tell if we are losing the weight and making progress. Even more important, maybe we can be glued to each other and keep ourselves away from trouble!! No frozen custard for us, let me tell you.

A century on and it has just been voted the best Brit building of the last 175 years - thrashing other impressive structures such as London’s Crystal Palace and the festival Hall.

I love spending time with my grandmother at her house in the country. Every time I go over to her house, it is a tradition for us to sit and enjoy a nice cup of a Blooming Tea. My grandma always makes my cup of tea with extra love. She will usually give me my cup of tea in the same mug I have been drinking out of since I was a little girl. I cherish these tea dates with my grandmother! She doesn’t have to add anything to my tea because it taste absolutely wonderful just by itself. I love tea dates with granny!
